STUBBS Marcia McVicker
Marcia lives in New Orleans and is a Cost Manager for Northrup Grumman Ship Systems. She was recently promoted to work on the LPD23, one of the new warships being built for the Navy. She says the Katrina recovery is "taking place with slow but stady progress."
