Richard Wagner, Principal from 1962-1965
Wagner was the first former faculty member to return to Blair as principal (he taught English at the school earlier in his career). During his years at Blair the school continued its tradition of academic and athletic excellence, ranking among the nation’s best schools in the number of Merit Scholarship Finalists and winning county and state championships in football, soccer and other sports.
